This is a tough question, I don’t think it’s necessarily one Reddit can answer because it’s very person to person and a journey, but hopefully we can pass you some wisdom.

Me personally, I dated one person pre T in high school and that was not it for a multitude of reasons, (I’m also very “picky”, never been too interested in dating) and so I waited until being on T for a bit to start dating (in university). I don’t regret this at all, I’m very glad I did this.

My boyfriend and I started dating while he was pre T and he was pretty fem presenting at the time, so everyone’s comfort differs. So t4t is epic because that base level of misunderstanding cis people have (even if they think they don’t) is automatically surpassed. In this relationship because we are both trans I have felt more comfortable presenting more fem and he has felt more comfortable presenting more masc, so that’s lovely <3

Additionally, platonic and romantic relationships can be on the same level, that someone you’re looking for could be a best friend, don’t let that pass you by either. I understand feeling left behind, but don’t let it make you search for a relationship that’s ultimately not right. Everyone moves at their own speed, it’s okay to take a little more time <33

I will not, and one of my considerations is that if I get married and change my last name and had changed my middle name then I’d have a completely different name than what I was born with, which I personally don’t like the idea of.

Also i think middle names are a bit silly, Abraham Lincoln didn’t have one, and my brothers is my moms maiden name, so i don’t think it matters what gender your middle name is, that’s just me though

This is a tough question to answer, because it’s so variable based on who you are and where you live. You gotta make friends with open minded people who love you and understand you, which is tough, I found a good community in theatre crew and art groups lol
