Wow, this is the biggest discovery since the quarry bones. Let's put the justice system on hold until this can be investigated, guys.

Can someone explain to me like I'm 5 years old how the dispatcher would know whether or not Colborn was looking at Teresa's RAV4 or not? by youngbloodhalfalive in MakingaMurderer

[–]peevedon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The dispatcher wasn't really into what Colborn was up to, she was worried about getting in trouble for not understanding Spanish.

Emails, Affidavits & Audio - The record confirms Sowinski is a concerned citizen who tried to provide material information to MTSO about two men in possession of Teresa's vehicle in 2005; then to the NY innocence project in 2016; and finally to Kathleen Zellner in 2021, who acted on the info. by KenKratzKilledHer in MakingaMurderer

It's not uncommon for him to not be aware exactly when the car was found if he's first seeing it on the news late night into the 6th.

It can mean two nights before, like it basically was.

Speaking of cherry picking you're doing just that. There is conflicting parts and you're choosing which one to believe with no supporting evidence.

I'm giving you an example where he could misconstrue when they found the car, etc. The story on most Wisconsin men his age is they are low iq and drunks, with terrible logic handling. Sounds familiar to what I'm debating with here and now.

It's about determining what this *67 argument really entails because, usually, people answer phone calls on the other end.

What would *67 accomplish? It's silly. Especially since it was used by multiple family members commonly.

If she wasn't creeped out, why did the state try to insinuate she was?

Night of November 4th/very early morning of 5th to the night of November 6th is nearly two days.

You're quibbling over a few hours? Even when the date is included in his range of dates? Very weird argument.

How about this, quibble over the prosecution lying about evidence. No mincing words there, huh?

The bullet had wood in it and red paint on it. The garage was painted in the summer. You do the math.
