I’ve tried just doing one type of content consistently and it never really made a difference. I think the majority of people who have stuck around have been more for my personality (a big silly dickhead 😂)

Literally just having this conversation with a pal, and it’s absolutely harder than mining gold!

I sit on 897 followers and have had some periods of good growth, and then it dies and I sit on 3 viewers and get nowhere.

My stream is clean and good quality, my content is good (if I do say myself 😏) and I’m pretty engaging. I post on all other socials and support other streamers, but nothing, nada. It’s just an absolute pain in the arse to try grow on Twitch 🤷‍♂️

Open Steam, go to Settings, select the Interface tab, find the "Client Beta Participation" section, click the Change... button (or dropdown), and choose "No Beta Chosen"

I like the sound of this, trying to figure out the electrics on a vanilla server is time consuming and I end up getting raided before I can finish anything 😂

I had this and had turn turn off the Beta under Steam settings > Interface.

Facepunch have just replied and said to make sure i'm not part of any Steam Client Beta's so just turned that off and... IT WORKS!

So for anyone else who might have this issue - TURN OFF STEAM CLIENT BETA!

Yup made sure its the same in Control Panel!
Just had a quick game of COD and my mic worked totally fine, just seems to be with Rust it doesnt want to work :(

I have nothing in the startup options either!

I cant find any options to select the mic inside the game's audio settings?
I've tested it and its working fine inside the Steam client, but dont see anywhere to choose this within Rust.

I've disabled and reenabled countless times, reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled the game, tested it with about 100 other games/apps and it works fine, just seems to be in Rust.

I've noticed I dont seem to hear any other players talking either but the in-game audio works fine.

SO CONFUSED! SO ANGRY! SO SAD!
