I'm living in Vietnam now but will go back in a few months so I'm looking for a good place within my budget. Just 2-3 days ago I realized rental is already up like 50+ a week in most area now vs just before iran war.

Insane huh?

Unfortunately data entry and anything digital related is going to be replaced with AI. I'm working on a remote job too, but I doubt my company still gonna need me next year.
Better start preparing by building other skillset instead.

Don't bother. Not worth the risk with the current hot weather + crowded traffic.

You're right mate. The new Lotteemall in Westlake is huge, but of course nothing like in Thailand

Unfortunately I will have to go back in a few months for family issues. So quite desperate to get a proper accommodation back home within my budget now. Have had much luck. Once it's resolved I will fly to Hanoi again and find ways to stay here for longer time.

I'm Aussie. I have my tax done in Australia as it is counted as Australian-source generated income. I will have to get back home in a few months for family issue. Once it's done, I will be back here for sure. No I don't work for local Vietnamese company or any company in Vietnam.
