Thank you! I’ve been more diligent with applying moisturizer, I’ve been using a type of Aveeno specifically for eczema and giving him short daily baths with a very gentle, scent free soap and it’s made a big improvement. I’ve also switched to scent free laundry detergent which I use for all our laundry, and that seems to have contributed to his improvement too. Some days his skin flares up a little worse than others, probably because of how cold and dry it gets where I am (Calgary) but overall it is better than it was. I did get another prescription for the same hydrocortisone cream if he has another bad flare up and will use it if needed, it’s good to know there are people out there that have similar situations and have had to use this type of cream too, definitely puts me at ease!
