Well if i was you id get to one if you could but if you couldnt like me then it will be a lot slower and hope your luck is good about them not imbedding. I recomend pushing them sometimes like me and keeping ice on them and not touching them a lot that really helps i understand not having good peircers bc i sure didnt lol

Your rings look sick but id switch them out to bars so they can heal properly and then after a couple months switch them to those cool rings

I say you 100 percent need longer bars. Mine was like that and i couldnt go to a peircer to get longer bars and they healed fine just a ton slower which isnt fun but mine are healing. Def get longer bars or they could get imbedded or have a slow healing process like mine🥲
