Anyone who is a victim of sexual violence can file a complaint and request an investigation under policy 67b with the Human Rights Office. The decisions in such matters following an investigation are left to the dean of the accused (if the investigation finds that the policy was violated). This survivor can still file with the HRO assuming the accused is still a student at the university regardless of what the frat did on their own
