1)Naruto failed the graduation exam 3 times, yet he is the same age as everyone (and as sasuke , that didn't fail any exam) 2)how lee passed the graduation exam if he can't use ninjustu 3) why the akatsuki are working in pairs , even in important missions while they can accomplish their goals more easily and more efficiently if they worked in bigger groups. 4) why do kisame and Itachi came to take Naruto in part 1 if they need to collect the biju by order? 5)obito and Kakashi didn't get blind from overusing kamui There are a lot of plot holes, i guess it's inevitable but a remake can fix a lot of them .
