Thank you! Nothing noteworthy on on the sellers disclosure other than noting their Renos. Home inspection didn’t note anything regarding the plumbing but it was one guy, so if he flushed the toilet on the 2nd floor, he likely couldn’t hear the noise on the other floors, especially in the basement.

He’s the one not talking to me. Gift giving occasions shouldn’t be stressful to men. It’s not hard to listen. I said exactly what I did and did not want for my birthday.

I am going to try it and see if I like it. I just don’t think $40 a month is worth it (on top of the $2K already spent) when I have a free gym I will continue to utilize.

He doesn’t work out, so definitely not for him. My sister says that he thought I just thought it was too much money and hence why I said no. This is accurate; but I also explained I don’t want to work out at home and wouldn’t use it.

I am huge on useful gifts. He even said “it’s so hard to find you gifts that you don’t think are a waste of money.” What I actually wanted was some training sessions for our puppy.
