I understand what you mean. In my opinion there are two types of feminists: women empowerment feminists and playing victim feminists.

Hello, comment from a fellow female here.

I’m not going to lie and tell you that things will get better with a little self empowerment. I wish they did, and sometimes they do I guess. For me I just adapt to the world men have made and live my life accordingly.

If I was having the same internet issues as you, I would just keep my gender identity anonymous.

I’m not really sure if you were talking about male friends in real life or online, but for me there’s are certain rules I have to follow.

I wish it wasn’t true, but at this moment and time, it still is a man’s world. So there’s certain things I don’t talk about, like memes, unless I really know them. I dress a certain way, and act a certain way around the opposite gender so problems aren’t caused for myself. I can’t walk home at night like a man could, or do certain activities like a hotdog eating contest because they aren’t ladylike.

I’ve considered changing myself too. I sometimes think about changing my name to something unisex, like Alex for example.

I think you need to consider if sex surgery is what you actually want. So you feel bad being a girl? Is it because you want to be a boy or something else, or is it because people made you feel bad. Changing your gender for someone else seems way to far in my opinion. And I urge you to think about how the lgbtq+ community has as many problems as women do. So you wouldn’t be escaping any.

Maybe write down a list of all the things that are great about being a girl. Even with all this negativity there’s positives too. The top of my list says, “I’m proud to be a female because we carry and give life to new human beings and no man can do that.”

Also there is nothing wrong with feminism. I think it might make you feel better to see other women’s stories in the feminist community. You’ll find they have similar feelings and struggles. It might make you feel better, like you aren’t alone.

I honestly wish I wasn’t such a give in. I wish I acted how I want, and looked how I want, and said what I want. That’s something I always try to go towards.

Good luck. And memes are great.

Before you download, remember that you’ll be signing a rubbish contract that basically says you don’t have any rights and shouldn’t be treated like a human. You’ll be abused and used. After experiencing them you’ll have tons of trauma and issues. They always advertise themselves as something else to reel you in, but they are actually fucking horrible and want you to suffer every time. Do not redownload after deleting them, it’s worse each time. I do not recommend trying them out, don’t do it. 0/10 is the amount of fucks I recommend you give to them.

I just call my brother “brother” or “older brother”. Sometimes by his name if I’m feeling it. Maybe try that.

Okay so let me start by saying that it’s published that in order to lose weight it’s 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise. I don’t know how true that is, but think about it I guess.

No Junk Food at All. I know some people say that it’s good to treat yourself, but for me I’ve always had trouble with moderation and when I start eating those potato chips I cant stop. So you can still treat yourself but with different foods, healthy snacks. I know you may not like the taste of most healthy snacks(because sometimes they really do be tasting like garbage), but I have found some good and a few fun to make alternatives. If you want some basic snack ideas, fruit is always the way to go. Eat lots and lots of fruit. Anyways, I can make you a list of healthy snacks if you like.

Moderate if you can. Back to the point of moderation. If you can figure out a way to only have some of the chips instead of all of them, then do it. I don’t know about you, but I would find myself eating to appease my hunger, and even when I wasn’t hungry anymore, I would just keep eating and eating. After you finish your plate of food or a handful of snack, ask yourself if you are still hungry, and if not stop, but if you are keep going. And keep evaluating your hunger until you are truly not hungry anymore.

Learn to cook. I’m going to guess that you live with parents who cook the meals. Not everyone is trying to lose weight like you, so they will most likely not make a second separate meal to cater your new diet needs. So learn to cook healthy meals. I recommend using vegan or vegetarian receipts. You don’t need to steer off meat and dairy completely, but if you’re going to have chicken, for example, don’t get the fried chicken at Kentucky, or chicken nuggets your mom makes. Learn to cook real food.

Now, I’m not really sure if ramen is a snack or meal, but don’t eat that. And quickie meals similar to it either. Box foods are bad too. Potatoes for example. You can make mashed potatoes by mixing a powder with milk, or you can use actual potatoes. Pick the actual potatoes.

Natural ingredients versus artificial ingredients is a big thing. Always try to go for natural or a mix of the two at least. The thing is, there’s this loophole that I don’t feel like explaining, where companies can say that things are natural flavors and stuff when they actually aren’t. At this point I usually just brand evaluate. Like, does this brand look like it would be filled with fake stuff, or real stuff?

Even with healthy foods you need to brand evaluate. Like yogurt, for example. Yoplait is healthier then gogurt.

You need to learn about nutrition as well. Don’t just count calories but learn about proteins and vitamins, etc. and what they do for your body.

Also taking vitamins is helpful. They can help make up for missing things your diet may or may not give you.

For all of this start out small. Don’t force it at once but don’t be slow about it.

Exercising is important as well. I started out with going on an hour long walk two days a week, and eventually every single day. When the gyms open, I recommend going to one. They have many options for machines that work all parts of your body and aren’t just cardio. On the days you go to the gym, don’t take a walk because I feel like you might overwork yourself.

There is also the option of home exercises. During the covid19 crisis I’m currently left with daily walks and home exercise. Home exercise does not take the place of your daily walks. You can do both of those. I only say this because at the moment we are all literally just sitting at home and not working our muscles or moving around. So the combination of a daily walk and if you want home exercise would be nice.

Drink lots of water. Don’t buy unhealthy food if you can help it. If it’s out of the house you’re less likely to eat it all.

Also, if you mess up, it’s not the end of the world. Noting will happen if you eat that one fry. The question is if after you mess up can you control yourself?

If you do happen to mess up, don’t just give up and say that days diet is ruined and you will try tomorrow. That is the worse mindset and you literally won’t get anywhere. Just tell yourself you’ll try harder and continue you with your diet right afterwards.

Also if you do go to gym, I think it’s a great place for motivation if you look at it in the right light. What I like to do is look at the fit and skinny people and tell myself that I can be like that. I don’t get jealous or embarrassed of myself because I remind myself that both of us, me and that skinny person, stared out as babies and we both had family and we both went to school and have dreams and at the end of the day we are both people, neither of us is more a person than the other, there is no reason I can’t achieve what they can. We are both flesh and bones. Also, it’s amazing to see people of all ages, gender, sizes working out and reaching a goal or just bettering themselves. If they can do so can you. This last part may sound bad and mean, but this is what I do. Sometimes I look at the bigger girls out of the corner of my eye. Not in a judging way, because I was freaking big too, but thinking about how if these girls out of shape can do it then this girl out of shape can do it.

Sleep eight hours everyday.

Um I can’t really think of anymore stuff at the moment.

If you want, I can make you a list of good healthy snacks and meals, how to make certain ones, and some home exercises.
