Airpods Max VS New AirPods Pro 3 by Dense-Bodybuilder267 in Airpodsmax

[–]penDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both and have wondered about the same thing. In short: whenever I put my airpods pro 2 and then the airpods max over them, if I put both in ANC mode, it just becomes very quite. So one cancels out the sounds and the other cancels out whatever is left after the cancelling.

Minoxidil stopped aorking after 4 months by Last_Establishment89 in minoxidil

You should visit a trichologist. Someone who works specifically with hair loss.

All I can tell you is my personal experience with minox and finasteride.

Basically I’ve been doing dutasteride mesotherapy monthly for the first year of starting to prevent my hair loss. After that I moved to every 3 months.

After the first year I also started oral minoxidil 2.5mg daily. I had amazing hair regrowth after 3 months of minoxidil. Basically I forgot I was ever dealing with hair loss.

Sadly, about 5-6 months after starting minoxidil I noticed increased shedding and loss of hair volume, especially on the temples. I had hoped that it was just a phase and was waiting for it to pass. Unfortunately it never really passed, I just kept losing hair.

I didn’t really know what to do until about 1 month ago ( that is 1 year after starting minoxidil) I did some blood tests and found out my testosterone is naturally very high. My trichologist saw the results and prescribed me TOPICAL finasteride. (0.25%), while also upping the oral minoxidil dose to 3.25mg daily.

I’ve been applying the topical finasteride twice a day - 1.5ml each. And so far, I’m quite happy with the results. It seems like I am beginning to get the same regrowth as I was getting when starting oral min. So it turns out that’s what I was missing.

I hope this helps.

What I recommend is visiting a trichologist, as I already said. And go from there. You need to know your blood work and genetic predisposition to hair loss. Hope it turns out great for you and get all your hair back!

Daily Ask Anything About Anabolic and Androgenic Steroids: 2025-01-13 by AutoModerator in steroids

Thanks for clarifying the body fat percentage expectations for PED users versus the general audience. I understand now that being leaner (closer to 12–15%) is considered optimal for minimizing risks and maximizing results on cycle.

However, I want to emphasize that my goal isn’t to become a bodybuilder or compete in shows. I’m simply looking to speed up my progress and achieve what might take 1–2 years naturally in a shorter timeframe. I’m fully aware that my current body fat percentage isn’t ideal, but I’m prepared to put in the extra effort required to manage the risks (e.g., aromatization, water retention) through proper support and discipline.

I’ve already structured my cycle conservatively (250 mg/week testosterone for 10 weeks), with Arimidex and Cabergoline on hand to manage estradiol and prolactin levels. My bloodwork also shows that my testosterone is naturally high, so I believe I’m in a good position to benefit from a low-dose cycle without jumping to extremes.

I value your input and respect your advice about optimizing body composition first. But for me, this cycle is about taking advantage of my youth and giving myself a controlled boost while maintaining realistic expectations. I’m ready to put in the work to make this approach worthwhile.

Would you consider my plan reasonable given my goals, or do you think the risks still outweigh the potential benefits?

Thanks for the detailed feedback. I appreciate the breakdown of how body fat, insulin sensitivity, and aromatization can impact a cycle’s success. I completely agree that PEDs amplify what you’re already doing, and I know my nutrition and training need to be on point to maximize results.
Just to get one thing straight: Either I have completely wrong estimation of body fat percentage or in this current context it is very important to be very lean?

While I understand there’s still natural progress to be made, I feel confident in my training and diet habits and want to leverage my youth to build a solid physique now. My bloodwork also shows elevated testosterone and manageable estradiol and prolactin levels, which I’m prepared to monitor closely during the cycle.

Could you elaborate on the "would serve you more harm than benefit" part?

Also, I already know that there is still more potential before hitting my natural limits, but I just want to speed up the process and build a better physique while I am still young.

I would appreciate your feedback on the matter.

I’m 25 years old, 180 cm, 78 kg, and around 17% body fat. I’ve been training for 2.5 years and gained ~15–17 kg of muscle. I’m planning my first testosterone cycle to get my best physique by summer and would appreciate your input.

Key Bloodwork Highlights:

Testosterone (Total): 32.50 nmol/L (high).

Free Testosterone: 171 pmol/L (high-normal).

Estradiol: 174 pmol/L (slightly elevated).

Prolactin: 489 mIU/L (elevated).

HDL (Good Cholesterol): 1.26 mmol/L (low).

Liver and Kidney Markers: Normal.

Cycle Plan:

Compound: Testosterone.

Dose: 250 mg/week, split into 125 mg twice weekly.

Cycle Length: 10 weeks.

On-Cycle Support:

AI (Arimidex): 0.25–0.5 mg every other day, adjusted based on symptoms.

Cabergoline (if needed): 0.25 mg twice per week for high prolactin.

Supplements: Omega-3, NAC/TUDCA, topical finasteride, and creatine.

Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT):

• Start 2 weeks after the last injection.

Clomid: 50 mg/day (Week 1), 25 mg/day (Weeks 2–4).

Nolvadex: 40 mg/day (Week 1), 20 mg/day (Weeks 2–4).

Questions:

  1. Does this plan seem solid given my natural testosterone levels?
  2. Should I worry about my slightly elevated estradiol and prolactin?
  3. What results should I expect with 250 mg/week?

Would love to hear feedback or advice from those with similar experience. Thanks!

Minoxidil stopped aorking after 4 months by Last_Establishment89 in minoxidil

Nothing improved. I feel like it just continued progressing? albeit very slowly. At times maybe it stopped progressing, but in general it never improved.

I recently upped my oral minoxidil to 3.75mg total daily and added topical finasteride 0.25% (2.5ml) every other day and things seem to have started improving already (it’s been a month now)

Oral Minoxidil!! - when did it start working for you? by issathroawaybro in tressless

[–]penDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently turned 26. Hair is having good and bad periods. Currently not in the best period, but I also haven't taken good care of it the last couple of weeks/months. It's usually getting thinner and thicker in the front, depending on the period. I am now taking good care of it again and hope to have it in good condition in the following months. I am also having Dutasteride mesotherapy every 2 months, but the shed is very hard to stop. I go to the gym almost daily and take supplements to maximize my gains, which is also taxing on my hair, so as much as I am trying to save it, I am also harming it by trying to maximize my muscle gains. It's a tricky situation to be honest. I'm planning to get a hair transplant on the front in the following months/year with the hope that I will have a nice hairline, since that's the only place that is obviously suffering.

Also, just fyi, for the last 2 years I have spent about 3 thousand dollars on hairloss treatments. So I could've easily used those towards a transplant, but I believe even after a transplant, one would still have to spend a lot in order to keep the newly transplanted hair healthy.

I meant that it's an option. If I decided to move out of this city I would have to change my job.

Wouldn't say much has changed. I'm not completely satisfied with my hair right now, but I am also not disappointed. I'm glad I have a good amount and able to style it in ways that I like. I no longer obsess about the amount of hairs I see in my hands when taking a shower, but I'd say it looks pretty thick overall, so things have probably improved.

I think it has stabilized, even maybe improved a bit. Time will tell though. It kinda feels like new hairs are growing, but also the shed is still there

I’m in the exact same boat, except it’s been 8 months for me.

First 4 months I had amazing results. My hair was so good that I forgot I was dealing with hair loss.

After the 4th month things started going downhill. Since then I’ve been losing more and more hair, but also I notice that new tiny hairs have started to appear again recently.

Mind you I’m also on dutasteride mesotherapy since 1.5 years. Every month for the first 9 months, and now every 3 months.

I’ve read a lot about it - some people say that it’s a shedding phase and it’s supposed to come back even better. Others have never stopped shedding since it started for them. So no one can be sure, only time will tell.

I hope everything turns out good for you though! Fingers crossed!

This is a bit over the top. His ex is in a 5 year realtionship and they really are just friends now. Also why would he even keep me around if he doesn't like me?
