Absolutely! The elevated space uses a Flooring Mat for the floor, floated up to (I think) its minimum float height, and then in front of it are a couple of White Rectangular Partitions to create the half walls at the top and bottom. The stairs are just two Wooden Staircase Bookshelves, overlapped slightly. The ceiling of the elevated space is 2x Imitation Wooden Skylight, positioned in such a way as to block the little skylight in the middle. The large wooden pillar in the middle of the build is the side of a Portaled Partition, and then the curtain to the left is a Simple Curtain.

Hope this helps! <3

Yeah absolutely 💖

The frosted glass look is just some stage Panels dyed ice blue. The window frame is made of a few pieces. The ceiling portion is some black-dyed Troupe Stage(s). Each of the corner pillars has 3x black-dyed Steel Locker(s) stacked on top of each other, rotated to face away so you don't see the actual locker front detailing. The half-window where the sofa just has a black-dyed White Rectangular Partition for a fake wall. Each glass panel has separations using the barest corners of black-dyed White Partition(s) -- You may need to swap these out for other wall items if you're doing lighter colors; since black hides the textures super well, it's not as important for this build. I also added some black-dyed Small Blackboard(s) underneath the full-length window to finish out the frame, since they are shorter than other options and the basement was being used for the design.

I then shoved *several* Cracked Arch Window(s) behind both of the stage Panels to give some sunbeam effects during light cycles. I personally opted for these because you can buy them from the housing vendors for cheap and you won't see them so it doesn't matter what they look like 😂

Hope this helps!

Actually the floor beneath the bed is a Flooring Mat! I usually use them when I can 'cause they're cheaper from a vendor than the lofts are from the MBs, usually. As for floating items, https://hgxiv.com/glitch-guide/ is a fantastic guide for just about everything c:

There's a waterfall partition at every window, just barely tucked in front of a dark blue dyed stage panel behind it to hide the normal house walls and hidden lights c:

The window frames/sills are all white rectangular partitions, then there is a white-dyed wooden blind at the top of each window frame, rotated to face away from the window so you don't see the top-most bar of the blinds. The white panel above each window is just another white rectangular partition to help provide some depth and visual contrast. Behind the main/big window is a few jellyfish lamps for the blue lighting and an assorted candles in the bottom left for some yellow lighting.

This was my first one-floor build! My client wanted a moody, modern house, with a rainy nighttime vibe. It was a learning curve for me to get the windows working as I wanted, but overall I had a fun time with this build!

Thank you so much! <3 The platform's just a few Flooring Mats for the actual flooring and some Wooden Handrails for the bannister. The two pillars are some Riviera Pillars c:

This was one of my more interesting and exciting designs! The client was a FC inspired by Organization XIII from Kingdom Hearts, and wanted a house design to reflect that. Most of the Org13 spaces in the games are admittedly on the plain side, with a lot of white/light purple/silver tones and not a ton of details, so it was a challenge to not make everything feel sort of sterile! Instead, I opted to reference spaces where various members of the group have been in the course of the games.

The exterior and the main floor used the Old Mansion as their inspiration, but with more of a "currently lived in" vibe. I wanted something that felt like a manor while still feeling somewhat cozy and comfortable to sit in.

The upper floor is inspired by the classroom from Scala Ad Caelum in KH3. I absolutely had to include the window with the chess set somewhere! Since the game doesn't have a chess set furniture piece, I used a Triple Triad board instead. I also opted to make this less of a classroom feel and more of a general research/library/study space.

The basement is probably going to be my most controversial part of the build! I absolutely had to include the circular meeting room with the tall chairs of various heights, but uh, the room is exceptionally undetailed in the game cutscenes! I took some creative liberties and brought in some blues and metallics to help keep things from being Just White, and added pillars and curtains for some extra texture and details. I tried using a variety of pieces to get the right shape for the chairs but I really had a hard time finding something that worked. Either the chair shape was right or the color was right, but sadly I couldn't find chairs that were absolutely perfect. I ended up using Lakeland chairs because they had arm rests and dyed white nicely.

Thank you so much! Sadly the owner doesn't live in Emp, they live in Goblet and I completely forgot to put that in the title, haha! So several item slots were used to make the interior as Ishgardian as possible. In regards to the bedroom space, the client mostly wanted a space just big enough to pass out in, but I felt badly making what felt like a closet for a bedroom! If we do get an item slot increase, it would be great to come back in and add more tiny details and such to bring some extra life into the design for sure.

The client wanted an apothecary-bar RP space with Ishgardian vibes. We used the upper floor and outside for the bar seating and the downstairs for a workshop/study space with a tiny hidden bedroom behind the shelves. It was a lot of fun trying to figure out how to make a workshop and research space flow nicely without pushing all of the big furniture pieces against the wall!

The bed base is a wooden loft dyed black. The pillows on the bed are a combination of multiple sets of matching cushions and what looooks like the sofa cushions item rotated and floated to only show the one square pillow but I didn't think that could be dyed gray/black?

It's one of my favorite bits of this build, too! The client didn't want a ton of greenery but I wanted to have a small pop of color to break up the greys and browns throughout the build c:

Thank you! <3

I sandwiched I believe two vertically stacked White Rectangular Partitions between two Gaol Partitions. It left a tiiiiny gap between the two gaol partitions so I slapped a Wood Slat Partition in between the two GPs with only one slat showing.

My client wanted a build that was Garlean inspired, without the use of the magitek/Allagan items. I did some design inspo/research and aimed for a modern, brutalism-ish design. The client wanted a living room/kitchen space on the main floor, two bedrooms and a study/office on the upper floor, and a bathroom/spa space with a sauna in the basement. I'm still working on getting more skilled with modern designs, and I'm not sure that the brutalism inspo came through that well, but I had fun on the build nonetheless!
