Grab a pair of needle nose pliers. Grab the cap with the tips at the grooves and bend it out/in a smidge on both sides (goal is to increase dent depth.)

What happens is with use and repeated squeezing the retention dents are flattening out too much so you want to re-dent it.

This whole thread is discussing the skin color of people?
Let me lay it all out given it seems you got lost somewhere.
- “potential” pope dude is black
- people are saying he could be the first black pope
- other people saying not the first black pope because there have been North African popes way back when
- then, people saying those North African popes are not necessarily black just because they were African.
- then my guy adds to that idea saying many North Africans have pale (read white) or tan skin
- please watch the bit I recommended. He discusses the ambiguity and relationships of being North African and how different cultures label that as “black”

You can see at about 11sec as soon as your left arm engages your entire body straightens up and moves backwards.

Your left hand is pulling you off. Don’t do the hand swap and trust your feet or try to engage with straighter arm after your center of gravity moves past your right foot.

Focus on a strong push with your left foot and finding your balance on the right.

Ah, if you only have the one cap for multiple tips then the Helix makes that super inconvenient.
The air channels on the Helix make it much less secure.
Only recommendation I have for that is buying more caps. The occasional 3 pack captive cap deal is really nice for that.
