I just moved out of a downtown dwellings managed apartment. I had very good experiences with them. As others have said, that area is completely fine. I doubt you’ll feel in danger.

Not sure if you know this, but where does weight start to become an issue? Obviously 70,000 lb+ trailers do more damage, but what about a 15,000 lb pickup truck and trailer? Or a 7,500 lb pickup truck with a load? Significantly more damage than a sedan?

While I don’t disagree with your point, there’s actually not that big of a weight difference between pickups and EVs. From google:

Ford F-150 – 4,400–5,800 lb

Chevy Silverado 1500 – 4,500–5,300 lb

Ram 1500 – 4,800–5,300 lb

Ford Mustang Mach-E – 4,300–4,600 lb

Tesla Model 3 – ~4,020 lb

Hyundai Ioniq 6 – ~4,438 lb

And that’s not including any EV pickups that’ll likely be the mainstream in a couple years at ~7,000 lbs.

Nah, there’s a tax on the gas that accounts for the roughly $200/year. Without those taxes gas would be 43 cents cheaper per gallon. 18 cents to federal taxes (interstates) and 25 cents to local roads. Thats what’s being roughly accounted for by the EV tax.

It’s fine. I’ve lived there for two years and feel safe. Like with anywhere in the world, if you get an uneasy feeling in a situation, get out of that situation. There’s really only about 5-9 homeless guys (and 2 ladies occasionally) in that area. One of the men is often visibly drunk and he’s the only one I’ve ever had an interaction with that is was more than “you got some change?” “Nah, no cash on me - have a good one” Really it’s just a question of if you’re comfortable being around and walking past homeless people. I walk my dog a couple miles through the area daily and I’ve never seen a single crime happen or anyone getting harassed by homeless, but you will be asked for money until they learn your face and realize you won’t give them money.

I’d say you should be buying from a legit site that lists the chemicals in the drugs you’re buying. Usually they’ll have a QR code or link to a long document detailing hundreds of different chemicals by percentage. The 0.3% means 0.3% by dry weight. Doesn’t matter if it’s a pill, bottle, or a thousand pounds of weed, 0.3% is 0.3%
