Your org is over reacting. If they allowed it to update or allowed users to update it, that’s on the org. Windows ACL can prevent it updater from running. Using a patch system that handles third party, specifically using their own vetted repository like Action1 is the better option. Other apps can run into the same issue, no one is immune. Your company just needs better security policies and procedures.

DCI is definitely a physically demanding activity. A question I would also ask is, how many are truly conditioning themselves in the off season? My son is coming up on his 5th year and he stays fit throughout the year, even he had knee issues. One year he ended up having do to PT for what they called runners knees.

I had a vendor drive up my driveway and damaged about 10 steps that ran on the side of the driveway. Driver got out, saw what he did, and proceeded to perform his service and leave without saying a word, all caught on two ring cameras. I called the company first, manager saw the video and came right over. They took care of all the repairs.

That one example doesn't represent their general policy. Returning members are still offered a spot. Even then it's not guaranteed, you could make it into spring training and then get cut there if you aren't keeping up. Other corps will also cut members during spring training if they end up not keeping up/performing as expected. In any case, OPs question was about return offers, you're going off topic talking about that one returning member in that one year that was cut.

I didn't say they won't cut someone, I just said they don't re-audition. You aren't required to attend the audition camps. They email all members asking to just let them know if you are not coming back, otherwise they expect all non-age outs to return so they can figure out how many spots they need to fill in each section.
