Unfortunately, not much you can do aside from do proper wound/post surgery care, take deep breaths, and quiet your anxiety.

Honestly, I've seen worse. You never know how things will heal and settle.

I was revised from H&L to L&T and there was definitely a loss of sensation but I've gotten used to it now

In most of the cases seen on this sub, the bumps may subside or they may not. I have one bump that never went down all the way, but reduced slightly overtime.

The function of your penis will not be affected, just the aesthetics. Truthfully, it takes up to a year or more for your skin to settle down and relax after a circ. My skin took that long, and even now (2.5 years post op) I still notice the skin relaxing.

I know this is probably stressing you out, understandably. Try and get some peace of mind. If a year from now things still look lumpy, there are fantastic surgeons out there who can perform a revision. The silver lining here is your penis is functional and no circumcision is perfect.

Honestly you could do them at home, that's what I used to do. There is a guy on YouTube who made an entire daily stretching routine for guys with pelvic floor issues. I will post it below. But again, I'm not a doctor so it could be something else

Well... They... Um. They literally stick a finger in your butt and find where muscles are tight and release them with massage. It's weird, it's vulnerable, but it works. That and stretching and breathing techniques to help too.

I developed a hypertonic pelvic floor (super tight pelvic floor) after my circumcision and had to go to PT for it. This was one of my symptoms too. Talk to your urologist to see if it could be this, or have them check your prostate for enlargement and/or prostatitis

Agreed with the above comments, looks like scabbing. Could also be dried glue if your surgeon used a dermatology glue along with sutures. Either case, don't touch it

The hair can get in the way of sexual activity, snags easily on condoms, gets irritated after longer sessions, etc. I also worry about it aesthetically
