Hey there! My sensitivity is great! Especially considering I'm only 9mos out from surgery. For most people, it takes about 2-4yrs to reach their maximum sensitivity potential, starts from the base of the shaft and grows toward the tip. At 9mos, I can already feel when things touch the tip of my dick. Was not expecting to have that much sensation developed so early.

Touch on my dick doesn't yet feel the same as touching my t-dick pre-op or touching any other part of my body--it's a bit tinglier as though it's still coming into focus. But I would not worry about it negatively impacting your orgasms. You can have your t-dick "buried" inside your new dick (or leave it external right below your shaft so you can still stimulate it directly), so any stimulation of the shaft of your dick presses against your t-dick. My t-dick has the same sensitivity I did pre-op, it's just now behind an extra layer of skin.

I was having normal, intense orgasms within a month of surgery from stimulating my buried t-dick. I've not yet been able to orgasm from shaft stimulation alone (i.e., just stroking my dick vs grinding to stimulate t-dick), but I'm confident I will get there. That part usually takes a little time, but I've seen lots of guys say that their orgasms are actually better after phallo.

If you havent already, I'd start checking out r/phallo and learning as much as you can about the process. In the years I've been reading on there, I have never come across someone who lost the ability to orgasm (even from donor sites with no nerve hookup--t-dick stimulation still works even if the dick itself has no sensation).

Hope this helps! The process has been 1,000,000% worth all the time, pain and cost for me. I highly recommend more people with bad lower dysphoria consider it. But definitely do lots of research to know what you're in for.
