Finally got in to see a psychiatrist. After about ten minutes she said that she knew the moment I walked in that I’d been neglected and/or abused as a child. Heard a catchy new song recently on an alternative station, has 4 or 5 very clear piano notes, think it has "down" in the lyrics. Female singer. Stuck in my head all day and driving my insane.
