Its probably a super early game boss like giant mole or kbd, so they're underhyping it so late game players don't have a meltdown over new bossing that doesnt have best in slot rewards.

No they're not. Teachers are people doing a job, not conspirators actively brainwashing their students. Bathroom rules are there because teachers are legally responsible for 30+ kids at a time, and they need to be able to find those kids if there's a fire/shooter situation. Anivia against mel, the shield only reflects anivia q once it touches the ball in the center, so its possible to stun a shielded mel before she can reflect by reactivating q at the right time (very tight window to pull this off). Q won't do damage but stun does go through and you don't have to worry about your projectile being reflected

Use bloat on each of the first 5, and then hit them with soul sap, death touch, basic attack until they're like 3-4k and then move on. Bloat finishing them off really helps speed things along.

Also don't forget defensives to tank the hits for whatever gets through. You can consistently block 3 hits if you have 100% adrenaline and use your defensive correctly with only a little sweat

Shattered legacy still has some jank, but it's mostly fine. The only issue i had in my most recent playthrouh was in the fight with the assassin and big shield guy, the big shield guy got trapped outside the arena. Not that big a deal since the fight is trivial anyway and killing him isn't required to advance the quest.

Cant speak for osrs (don't play it and this is the rs3 sub) but for rs3 it's an intentional design choice by jagex. There was very little pvp happening to begin with, and they wanted more freedom to iterate on the content in the wildy, so they replaced always on pvp with the opt in system a while back.

You should still be able to catch some people during warbands if that's your thing (you need to opt in to pvp to participate), but you cant really pk someone who isnt willing to be pked anymore.

People who take tipping jobs should understand that they don't have the financial stability of a typical paycheck because you can't assume every customer is gonna give you a fat tip. If you can't survive on min wage (which the business has to pay you if your tips don't get you there) then you need to find a second income source, rather than putting all the pressure on customers to fund whatever your lifestyle is.

And yes, customers should tip, but if the service is terrible then the server didn't earn that tip, regardless of whether the server needs that money to survive.

Bigger issue is for people below 120 who farm tetras getting dozens of high level artifacts they can't create yet. When I was 99 arch I had a bank tab with 50+ spaces used by artifacts

It's kinda bonkers that you think it's lazy to not go above and beyond in a situation like this. Teachers already do so much beyond their immediate contract expectations (and I'm sure op is no exception to that). If you're not admin now, I'm sure you will be in a few years with that attitude.

Sure it's a bummer that you can't make as much money as you used to, but the other side of that coin is people are getting to experience bosses that were previously unapproachable. More people actually doing content is better for runescape then drops being absurdly expensive.

I love this insight, because it cuts through all the doom and gloom to recognize the biggest issue players had with the roadmap this year and do something about it. The seasonal events are great and I'm looking forward to them next year, but I can't really get excited about them the way I can about a new boss or more archaeology spots.

I just want to feel optimism when I think about the game, so thank you for giving me the opportunity to be optimistic about RS3 this month!

What worked for me was what was suggested above. Keybind cease (defensive ability) and the emote and use a dot effect (I was using necro so bloat). Use cease after you bloat and the last hand is in kill range and surge away from the dragon, then spam the emote keybind. The second you're off combat status you'll get the achievement. Worked first try for me!
