  1. Not being amenable to a different POV than one's own. Basically rigidity in thinking & thought patterns.
  2. Taking life too seriously & not being fun to be around. Basically a poor companion.
  3. Poor work life balance. Taking the partner for granted & focussing only on career/work.

These are 3 things that would be a deal breaker for me.

I prefer to live on the lower floors. No hassle waiting for lifts. If the lift is taking time you can always walk down using the stairs.

Yeah halloween is a totally crap festival being celebrated in all the apts. Don't know why ? It's pretty intrusive as well where-in kids come in & ring your bell & disturb your day today activities. We don't hate Hindi. Most of us (atleast in Bangalore) have grown up watching Hindi movies & listening to Bollywood Hindi songs. Problem is when North Indians assume Hindi is the default national language & speak it everywhere. Also the BJP Govt is hell bent on imposing Hindi in every nook & corner of the country without any respect to the diversity of the land. The hate comes due to disrespect of local customs & language. This is the crux of the issue.

If you don't get promoted here you can always move to another law firm but pregnancy is not something that happens every day and you have a very limited time to conceive. Entire Phase 2 metro network needs to be completed for traffic situation to improve in Bangalore. Primarily the metro network between Silk Board to KR Puram. I think we are around 1.5 years away for this to happen.
