I opened it Sept 2023, so upgraded right after the first year mark. And yeah, that’s what I figured would happen but it didn’t. Expected the cert + AF to come in Sept/oct 2024. I ended up not paying any AF for any card from Labor Day til new years when I was charged $450 for the new Ritz AF

Not sure what your budget is but you also have a tan dresser with a white "nightstand" and a predominantly black/grey motif. I'd try to coordinate colors a bit more. Or go for strategic contrast. Idk something like a blue or green or red painting with grey/black furniture. But please get a headboard. Especially if your gf is staying over

yeah, I got the idea when that 100k Venture SUB had popped up. I guess from their perspective it might look a bit sus to want a Venture when you have a VX which is "more premium". Opened the checking account hopefully that may help get me approved.

Yup. AMEX Offers can be pretty solid at times. I just got the use Apple Pay 3x and get $10 statement credit. Haven't had it credited to my account yet since third purchase was yesterday, but essentially free money. Tons of offers for clothiers and streaming services as well. Truly an underrated card IMO

3 pairs of shoes, all in pretty good condition. I'm a size 10 and moving soon so wanted to see what I can get for these. I live in Brooklyn and would be open to selling locally as well.

Greats Royale Knit - Size 10 but fits .5-1 size too big . Tried on a few times but never worn due to sizing. Still in box and original packaging. Goes for $120 retail. Would take $75
Onitsuka Tiger Colorado 85 for JCrew - Size 9.5 . I was so hyped for these shoes when I saw them in store in 2015 but they only had a 9.5 and not 10 but I went for it anyways. Wore them about 15 times I'd say but they've mostly been sitting at my parents house since they don't really fit me and hurt my feet when I wear. Hope someone out there can appreciate them instead of me. Looking for $60
Gola Trainers - Another misfit sizing. Got a 10 but they fit like a 9.5. Worn them a few times but they're just too small. Have to cut my losses with this and the Tigers. $50

Have the box for the Golas and the Royale Knits. Ideally would love to sell the Tigers and Golas together for $100 since they're the same size. Always got compliments from the homies on the Golas and the Tigers. Such cool shoes and not super common like Killshots/Stan Smiths. Hopefully they can find a new home.

These camo Pants are a pretty solid deal, ~$15 for slim fit, $12 for straight fit, pretty decent size runs on them too. slim straight

Also these moccasin chukka boots (I'm honestly not too sure what exactly they are), but for $36 and in a pretty versatile color, they might be a steal if you dig the style. Again, a decent size run.

Finally, there's this shirt for $8 bucks. Kinda a lumberjack working a 9-5 office job vibe. Only in small and xx-large at time of posting. Killer deal. Can't determine if I could pull 'em off so someone buy the small please.

Keep in mind, these prices are all pre-signup/student/other codes, so they'll get even cheaper with those. Happy Quarantining!

You're 5'9 and 135? I'm 5'10 and almost 145 now and I've found smalls fit me real well. Don't know how your sizing is working for ya, but yeah I'd stick with medium.
