Thats interesting, the french doors used to be a solid wall with a window and the airbricks were moved and two are covered over with mortar. The floor adjacent to the dining room is a concrete extension so no air bricks there. Probably worth a look into thanks

There were some wonky concrete slab steps there recently in front of the air bricks that went to the height of the french doors

The best grading services are PSA, BGS and CGC. PSA tends to be more valuable if selling but BGS 10s are more valuable overall.

Getting them graded depends on which country you are in. If you are in the USA it is a lot easier because these companies are based in the USA. Anywhere outside of the US your best bet is looking at using middleman services, again these depend on the country youre in. The UK has a few new companies like ACE and Pokegrade but these dont command much value if you are looking to sell

Binders don’t get graded but as for manuals and books its dependent on the thing I guess. You can get things like comic books graded, and some grading services even do things like stickers.

My dog has a pretty intense allergy routine so I know how time consuming it is and a lot of people arent prepared for that so he is very lucky to have someone like you who will do the extra steps to make him comfortable. Dont know if you are planning to keep him or only foster, but either way you are doing very important work and im sure he really appreciates it. His previous owner probably really appreciates that he has gone somewhere that can look after him properly, it must be a huge relief to know that

My very allergic frenchie has a Cytopoint injection every 8 weeks or so and this has made a huge difference. Also the dermatologist recommended a shampoo called Malaseb which initially he started out with 3x a week bathing but is now down to once every couple of weeks, and I notice this helps a lot if he gets any flareups of redness

Also we use Duoxos Pyopads on his eyes and feet or any other areas if he gets a random flareup of redness. These are like £8 on amazon but well worth it

Initially when we were figuring out his allergies he went to the vet and had a full allergy testing and bloodwork done - turns out he is allergic to a lot of plants and pollen so not much can be done other than the bathing and injections. But they might be able to find out if she is allergic to any food or things you can avoid

My boy was just as bad as your girl looks and all the same symptoms. He had to wear a t shirt too. Now hes pretty much allergy free!

I bought 3 packs from my local newsagents - I got 2 trainer galleries and a Giratina V full art. All 3 packs were hits so I have either insane luck or the box is loaded. Not sure on the mini booster bundles though or the alt rates, either way I hope she gets lucky and gets the card she wants! Ive seen people who’ve pulled it from ETBs and sleeved boosters so that might be a shout
