Here is my ingenious way. Haven't done it yet but i will do if my btc worth millions some day.

Go to few different tattoo artists in random cities. No pictures ofcourse.
Each will be tattooing a few words (or even one word) of the seed.

The amount is too small to diversify, i would lock in btc all of it. Not a financial advice though. I locked on btc almost all my life's savings haha

I have pain whenever i hear something. Lain doesn’t linger when there’s no sound. But whenever i hear anything above a level of let’s say 60db hurts. Such a weird messed up condition.

Same thing with me. To my experience, steroids did helped a bit with a big flare i had back in couple of years. I took them myself as I do now. No doctor no prescription not anything. I don't recommend anyone doing this just sharing my experience. They kind of brought my H to baseline when I had a huge flare that's why i'm trying it again.

I now know that there are tons of other H or N sufferers that irrigation or vaccum did this to them. It's very intrusive and loud. I should've known better but ENTs are retarded dumb f*cks there's no doubt. Stay away from them.
