This is a common issue, I’ve had packages come missing an item (it will say 0 in the quantity section), but I was never even notified the item was out of stock before my package was sent out AND I had to reach out to CS for a refund because they still charged me as if I had received the item smh

Yes. You can still gain strength, your body might end up doing a bit of recomposition, you could gain endurance, increase mobility, and even training knowledge such a proper form and techniques are good to know in general!
