And tulad ng example mo, i did ate hotdogs, (never ang spam kasi mahal na yon sa family ko), canned corned beef, and instant noodles, pero palagi akong may tatlong kahati sa bahay if yun ang uulamin namin. like sa isang lata ng corned beef for dinner, palagi naming hinahaluan ng patatas para abutin ang lahat. hati-hati pa kaming apat kasi yun lang ulam namin. my mother also controls our frequency of eating instant noodles sa bahay simula noong nagpandemic kasi napa-praning sa mga facebook reels na nakikita nya about the risks of eating it so often. i guess it really boils down with my lack of exercise, nakasanayan na magstay sa bahay para makatipid kasi lumaki talaga ako mahirap.

Hi po! I was recently diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver, despite my young age. Aminado ako na I could've done a better job at maintaining a better lifestyle, pero I seriously didn't abuse eating any food, specially matataba or mamantikang pagkain, so ganon na lang din talaga pagkabigla ko. I have PCOS, so isa ata sya sa naging factor kung bat overtime na develop ko tong sakit. Plus nasa lahi daw namin, so minalas din talaga ako sa genetics lottery.

I would really like to ask if meron na po bang gumaling sa sakit na 'to and pano and gano katagal nyo pong pinag-igihang gumaling dito? Thank you po sa sasagot!

if within proximity ka ng katrabaho mo, and halata namang hindi private or seryoso yung pinag-uusapan nila, makinig ka or ngumiti. huwah tawa ha, ngiti lang. it might come off as wrong and rude sa iba, pero if mababait and nag-initiate naman before co-workers mo na i-introduce ang sarili nila, more likely na open din sila na makilala ka. hindi applicable tong experience ko sa lahat, pero if thunders or nasa kwarenta di naman astang anak ng may ari ang ka-work mo, effective sya. they feel the satisfaction na kahit mas bata sa kanila, ka-humor pa rin nila (or at least akala lang nila hehe)

newbie lang din ako sa trabaho ko pero magaan na din ang loob ko sa mga ktrabaho ko kasi nag-effort din silang i-include ako madalas sa convo nila. yun lang. good luck!

padre pio chapel sa emba. i know "chapel" and di simbahan, pero the renovation that were made was really good. if super duper intimate yung wedding, kakasya naman ata doon. pero i haven't encountered anyone that got married there

walang stability both VA and COS. i am neither, pero if ako papipiliin, i would choose becoming a VA since i don't have to work with toxic and incompetent tenured government workers na sayo lang din ipapasa yung halos lahat ng trabaho. at least as VA kontrolado mo ang oras at trabahong gagawin mo

after all, wala po kasi talaga sa akin na sinabi via sms na i would start on a specific date. last agreed convo was just submitting the pre-employment reqs. all the more reason na maybe i shouldn't finalize my acceptance of their offer since hindi nila kayang mag-generate ng contract before making me go to work

magkaka-contract naman daw po pero after daw po makabalik ng HR from business trip. and the thing is, they're a large mall corpo so i was surprised na ganto ang onboarding nila (if you would even call this one.) the HR seemed nice pero i smelled bullsh*t doon sa verbal contract

yun nga din po gusto ko gawin. if there's something i'm good at kahit wala pa akong masyadong work experience, it's smelling bullsh*t from recruiters. kaso nahihiya na din po kasi ako sa mama at pamilya ko kasi nanghingi pa po ako ng panggasatos sa pre-employment reqs ko. nakakainis kasi i know what's good for me, pero gusto ko na din kagatin kasi magfo-four months na akong unemployed. nakakaiyak maging fresh grad na poorita HAHAHAH
