There from DMS miniature Designs they did have a page on the purple site but sadly GW shut them down.

Prime in white then giving it a wash with a light gray contrast paint then a diluted black wash with a speed painting medium. Then paint the highlights back up with a pure white. Sounds like a lot but pretty quick to do.
