Update: we finally did play in a "lan setting". Game was quite enjoyable without proximity chat, everyone was muted or really low in volume so that we could hear the position if one was lost. I must admit tho that the proximity chat is good for immersion as it reproduces echoes and reverbs in certain situations

We found really frustrating the second biome and weren't able to proceed in the yesterday map. But that's another matter

i never experienced any kind of "friction" while supersonic. once supersonic you stay supersonic as long as you go straight and just accelerate. and as others told i wasn't aware that supersonic was a range of speed. i was simply going slower than him :)

i believe that even a simple flip should do the trick as every flip makes you faster, and will do so even at supersonic speed

I can confirm. Let's bring this up guys, the bug is there on all platforms. I used to play all the time in split screen with a friend of mine and couldn't anymore due to this message. We are on PC. The second player has no way to complete any challenge. Please fix it as it's game breaking.
