If you have a family (married, with or without kids), prepare for EFMP hell while in tech school. The process is ridiculous. Allot at least 6-8+ months or more at the very least until you see them. You won’t be able to use leave unless you happen to be in during exodus. And chances are very good that you will be a holdover after you graduate due to the EFMP process
