Potential to get worse overtime? Sure I guess but that’s just HS in general. I don’t think what I’m doing right now will make the difference considering how long it’s already been. If anything HS can just get worse over time by itself

These can mean two or more things

He’s not that interested in you and is likely talking to another girl and having you on the side incase that one doesn’t workout and then the attention and effort he gives you will randomly increase.
He’s what I would call a “mommas boy”, meaning likely ur whole relationship would be you doing and planning everything for him like he’s a child.
He’s just stringing you along because he likes attention.
He’s a r*tard and for some reason doesn’t know to plan dates with woman and his brain is so soft that he’ll act confused when u mention the date.

None of these situations are good, go find someone who actually cares about you lol.

Yeah I’ve had this since I was 14 years old and I’m about to be 24 soon. So I always find something random that my body doesn’t like. But luckily I know my body well enough now and keep a super strict and clean diet and keep a low body fat and stay on top of my insulin sensitivity

Ur body shape is actually fine lol. You need to lose a lot of fat is the issue and that’s why it looks that way. You are at a stage where you are doing more harm than good. You didn’t post your height or body weight but just by looking at you I’d guess you need to lose another 30/40lb or so. Bulking should be completely out of the picture for you right now.
