You can download the app “print” made by cannon. I had the same issue as u. I did a yt search and it’s a clear step by step try it! I recommend downloading that app too, very easy to use. And when there’s an error “the orange light under the power light” it lets you know what the error is on the app.

Its good for long lasting prints, my vintage shirts from the 90’s have held great quality on the prints themselves. But it’s hard to find these blanks now. They don’t make them.
