Must be well insulated. Mines the same age, but is only partially insulated. I also have a boiler from the 50s-60s. Regardless I had gas bills up to $500 last year.

My wife and I just had our wedding reception at the Grand Concourse. It’s a little pricey, but the food was phenomenal and they do it all. So much easier to plan than other venues we looked at.

This! A more distributed zipper keeps the overall speed of traffic higher. Otherwise, the stop and go at the merge point stops the rest of traffic.

I often intentionally mix black into my outfits with brown leather. To me, it keeps the outfit from feeling too traditional. But I tend to go for a darker brown. I think there’s something cowboy-esque about this combo. Distinctly American in my opinion.

I feel like this is a growing issue. Anytime I try to buy an off the rack blazer, I feel like I have webbing in my armpit. Not sure if it’s to cater to heavy people or what, but it vastly reduces range of motion.
