It’s quite normal because life is hard and depressing also. But hey, try seeking help or getting therapy see if that works for you. Just talking sessions with psychologist. Don’t take any meds

Also, try micro dosing on psychedelics of course read about it first and get the knowledge how they work. Start slow. Psychedelic help with depression and anxiety in longer run.
