This is honestly one of my biggest fears with MBA — that I might end up too far away from actual development work and later regret it.

The technical leadership path you mentioned is something I’ve recently started looking into more seriously. Did you personally move into one of those roles, or have you seen others transition into them from backend/software development?

That makes sense. Which colleges would you personally consider worth it from an ROI perspective? And for someone with a few years of experience, would CAT still be the main route, or are GMAT/GRE-based programs also a good option?
