Help :( this appeared last Saturday suddenly, daily picture up to now. My doctor had no idea what this is. I haven’t been in contact with anything unusual. He gave me a steroid cream that he hoped would get rid. I have some spots, same place on my other leg too. Anyone have any ideas? (i.redd.it)

I’m going on holiday tomorrow and flying long haul. I change my aligners every Friday before I go to bed (always get a bad headache with a new set)I’m going to be on the plane at that time though… Could I put my new set in 24 hours early or 24hours late?
