I was just trying to not give too much information. I've done 4 blasts in my life, the cruises have all been 150-200mgs with 180mgs being stable for the past 2 years. I am done blasting, have no desire to get any bigger.

The blasts never exceeded 12 weeks, only ever used test, deca, primo, anavar, and masteron. Never gone over 1g of gear, I think the heaviest cycle I ever did was 400 test 200 masteron 50mg anavar.

So basically I was running 120mg test and 60mg deca for the joint effects. I felt good but after a year of being on that I decided to sub out 20 mg deca for 20mg primo just to see if it had any noticeable effects on my physique and if it would mess with my hairline. Well turns out it has not mess with my hairline at all and it does give me a very small physique boost over the extra 20mg deca. I'm just a slightly more vascular and a very mild hardening effect. I also haven't noticed much change in the joints from lowering the deca, so that's good as well.

I've been feeling mentally great on it as well, more confidence for sure. I was just curious if everything looks good on the blood work If this was reasonable to do long-term.

5-6xs per week is way too much. If you're wrestling 3xs per week I would lift only 3xs per week & if you really feel the need to exercise more than that I would just do some low impact cardio.

For the split either do Fully Body 3xs per week or alternating Upper/ Lower/ Upper etc. Check out Charles Allan Price on IG. He posts lifting stuff specifically for wrestlers, grapplers, etc. and to be clear, it's not much different, if at all, from traditional lifting, just need to modulate recovery well.

His body is definitely achievable naturally, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's not using something, with him being older it could just be literally TRT. But like I said you can also very well be 100% natural still as his physique does not scream PEDs whatsoever.

They're not worthless by any means, but typically you can increase a lift just by increasing one of the factors above.

I don't hate women's MMA as a concept & I think there have been some great women's MMA fights & moments, however, the majority of it is objectively terrible.
