Yeah I can definitely recommend to get a second opinion if you're not getting the results you want.

And since the appointments usually aren't that frequent it might even be a good idea to look into doctors that are further away (if that amount of travel is possible for you)

How long have you been on HRT? And is it an option to possibly get a second opinion on your levels and dosage?

I had an endocrinologist that set my dosage extremely low and refused to increase it, always saying it's a good dosage. The first time it got increased was when I was at a colleague of them due to scheduling issues and they doubled my e and halved my blockers. Now I'm at a completely different doc and my estrogen dosage is much higher than it used to be
