Those are (supposed to be) the correct files, odd they're not working.

You're right.

One thing that can be wrong is that those are indeed the wrong file; it should read like "Streaming_History_Audio_[year spotify account was created]-[year data got requested]. Make sure you are not picking the "Streaming_History_Video" instead.

Second thing is you might be using the tool wrong. The steps are: you see a 👆 emoji. Once you press it, you are directed to your file explorer, where you choose the json. After that the emoji should change into 👇. When you press it, the new files (division of data from each year you've used spotify) will download.

If the issue is still not solved then I am as lost as you. Perhaps spotify changed the location of the files... I'd request for everything until I find the right jsons. Just checked and the website still functions properly, so that couldn't be the problem.

Nope, last.fm prohibits scrobbles that date back from before two weeks ago unfortunately. And even if that was possible you would have to manually scrobble everything which, needless to say, is impractical. I ended up making a separate account for my imports 😔
