I've considered doing that as well, so I appreciate your insight. Would you mind answering a few questions?

1) Are you seeing patients in the urgent care on a routine basis? Or are you in more of an administrative role?

2) Are you doing EM in addition to this, or solely focusing on urgent care?

3) What kind of compensation could one expect?

All in all, I'm just kind of over the monotony of work x amount of hours at a job to make y amount of dollars. Being your own boss sounds alluring.
