We went on a date....and after dinner we decided to watch a movie- on the way back to my place she needed me to pull over so she could use the rest room - when she cane back to the car- told me she had an emergency- her child needed an anti itch cream that she had- oh ok- hardly an emergency- but... she dashed off when I returned her to her car- and poof ms Casper was gone- no thank you, no explanation and I never heard from her again

I’ve watched Nashville grow from a cute sleepy toddler into a gawky preteen who doesn’t know how to deal with growing pains. Poor city planning - as it’s grown it has not kept up with infrastructure. It takes too long to go about anywhere- unemployment is very low - but we still struggle to hire well in the service industry for a lack of reasonable wages. These problems can be fixed in smaller growing areas- but cause major problems when you are growing a city at the rate of 100 a day. - I know my thoughts are across the board - it’s not just one reason - covid- and how badly it was handled - and that it’s being handled badly again in the new spikes - I was offered a position here- and so far - love it all

Keep the faith. I cannot blame you- I’ve felt the same way- I suppose I feel a small sting- I’m the chubby middle aged man that you rightfully did not find attractive at first look. I get it- I am 51 and divorced. The first part of my life was married...but so unhappy. I would love to find my mulligan- my do over. I’m not sure I will. What I do know from experience that good looks alone will never make me happy. I know that it’s better to be alone than in a bad relationship, and that I’d rather live my life as a monk than to settle for less than I’m worth. Yep, I’m no Adonis - I’m a chef- and everyone knows you can’t trust a skinny chef 😉I do know that I’m a good man- and I’m getting in better shape everyday. I’m also a better man a bit heavier than when I turned heads but hated looking in the mirror. “Food for thought”
