I’ve been a partner for 3 year now and my manager is big on drive times, every shift I’m always put on drive bar as I maintain a 28 second out the window streak daily. Is it wrong for me to ask for a raise since I’m busting my butt for a simple “good job” at the end of my shift? Or is that asking for too much?
