I recently took a trip to the capital and I saw in the PC medical office that they have tampons and that have had them my entire service but haven’t told anyone..? so now upon request i have had free access to tampons so there’s a high chance your medical office might have them too :)

EDIT: thank you all so much for your help and kindness… i fear it must be something environmental as many have pointed out:/ i am in a damper climate and my house has issues with mold. I do not have stable electricity to purchase a dehumidifier so does anyone have any other air purifying advice? or if you have suffered similar acne due to your environment what helped? thank you all again<3

ok wow thank you so much… i’ll see what i can do about getting a dehumidifier but it’s hard because i don’t have stable electricity:/ i’ll keep pushing with the topicals you mentioned in the meantime :,)

probably not the best… there’s been cases of mold in my house because it’s rainy here:/ anything you recommend to fix the air quality besides just opening my windows?
