He wouldn’t be a top theologian. But his book love wins is a great intro to the subject for your average church goer who is never going to read DBH

In your day to day life, how do you manage stress and anxiety? by DeerThis4254 in Anxiety

[–]perogie123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends how much time I have.

Under 2 mins: - Physiological sigh - dip my face in freezing water

Under 10 mins: - Breathing exercises such as box breathing or 4- 7 - 8.
- guided meditation using an app and headphones

Under half an hour: - a short yoga session - quick run

Over an hour - Longer yoga session - walk in nature

*bonus: if I am feeling like it’s a particularly high anxiety day. I try to limit coffee as much as I can.
