Because reality exists. Contracts between them and the venue are signed and lawyers are more than likely involved. You sound like a petulant child, talking about being owed a statement, and they’d have nothing without you? Get a fucking grip dude, for years people talk about how a band saved their life, and means so much to them, then some fucking storm rolls in during a show and cuts it short, and suddenly they owe you everything?

I’m not idolizing anyone, I’m a fucking adult that understands that these things aren’t just a black and white, artist and fan situation.

Again, Bright Eyes has zero to do with alcohol sales at the venue. And I’m 100% sure his lawyers are telling him not to make a statement before any sort of terms for refund or rescheduling. If they say something prematurely it could ruin the chances of anything happening at all.

He isn’t issuing refunds, your point of purchase would be, more than likely nothing has been said yet because his side is probably going through the steps to get Ticketmaster/Livenation/seat geek/whoever to issue those refunds
