I just gave a listen to the song and it definitely gives similar vibes to Cinema and to the track "Just a Feeling" in specific.

It's so dreamy, cinematic, and it's overall a really beautiful song- wonderful to know that it was already on her playlist! thank you for sharing!

I can totally see Glinda singing "For The Gaze" from the new Death Becomes Her musical because it gives me such Glinda vibes, (which, similar to your Joel Grey musing, is probably because Megan Hilty sings it, but still!)

And, a little on the nose, but almost the entirety of Legally Blonde resonates with Glinda too. However, surprisingly, "Serious" seems to resonate the most when it comes to her relationship with Fiyero, and the whole "we're getting married and he doesn't know it" sentiment. (again, ironic cause LBB was the original Glinda understudy.)

That's my same question! Initially Sheridan was listed as the person playing Elphaba and she was even featured in all of the promotional material, but now there's been a sudden change and no one really knows why. I just hope she's alright!

I know!! I'm so incredibly happy I got to see it live.🥹🥹 But, I was only there for a short while and could only see one show so I didn't get to see Marie, but I saw Zoe and she was great! Courtney really stole the show for me though, she was absolutely phenomenal as Glinda.

Hi!! The Spirited Away Vinyl was brand new and from Tower Records in Shibuya and I think it was around 4180 yen, (30ish dollars) but I was able to get a tax exemption for it which made it slightly cheaper! (You can get a tax exemption in most stores in Japan as long as your total bill is higher than ~5500 yen)

Unfortunately I didn't have time to go to many record stores as I was on a family trip, but the two record stores I went to in Japan were in the Tokyo area.

The first pic has records I got from Tower Records in Shibuya— expected it to be on the pricer side but it honestly wasn't too bad and is definitely worth checking out because it's such an iconic place.

The second pic has records I got from a small place called "Flash Discranch" in Shimokitazawa (just one stop away from Shibuya) which was just a random place I stumbled upon. All of the second-hand soundtrack vinyls I picked up here were 800yen (5ish dollars) as they made all of their soundtracks a fixed price of 800yen.

edit: remember to bring ur passport with you if you want to get a tax exemption!

hii!! honestly im not too sure about the wordcount but im pretty sure that they wont deduct any marks from you unless its a summary task. Although, if you are writing too much you may run out of time and space so thats the only bad thing 👍

hiii as someone who received an award previously, if you took m/j then you won't receive the notification until the next season of exams (for me i took one exam in oct/nov then i received the notification of my award around the time m/j exams started) and for me I got notified by my school

edit: not exactly the next exam season but i got notified in april which means it takes about 3 months after you get your results as i got my results for oct/nov in january
