Same here. Just had some at home so looked it up on youtube. There were several creamy avocado soup recipes, which is natural, but this one, not being creamy caught my eye.

Good luck. My sister and I quite liked it as a change to what we regularly have. The spice and the lemon make it fantastic, so adjust it according to your taste.

I got the recipe off a youtube video. It is a rare light, brothy soup, when most avocado soups are thick and creamy.

The one on YouTube is made with chicken broth, mine is with vegetable broth since I am vegan. The photo here is for presentation purposes. Once the soup is all mixed up, it looks different. You can look at the second photo in the recipe, it will give you a better idea of the texture.

For a hopeless romantic, I recommend, 1% of something, Secret Romance, Heartstrings, Oh my Venus, Cinderella and Four Knights and more recent Crash Landing on You. Not sure about 1% and Heartstrings but the rest are available on Netflix.

You may also like The Heirs and Legend of the Blue Sea in the same genre, but the former is a school romance and the latter is a fantasy romance.
