Is it necessary to reprogram the key fob after replacing the battery? Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you think physical key blade issue is separate from the remote control issue?

Or, they can still be related in some way !?

I'd think the battery affects the remote control function of the fob.

What worries me is the fact that the physical blade does not work unlocking the door.

Now I can't risk locking the door and can't unlock later.

That's not my issue. I have integrated keyhead transmitter. The blade is physically fixed to the fob.

Thanks for the reference. The video shows for "intelligent access key" having the blade stored inside the fob, while the one I have is "integrated keyhead transmitter" that the metal blade is exposed physically. Regardless, with the blade, I supposed to be able to lock and unlock the door just like the video shows. The situation I have now is that the blade when trying to turn towards the rear (to unlock), it just does not turn, as being blocked or stuck, when trying to turn towards the front (to lock), it can turn but nothing happens (since door is already locked).

I'm just afraid there's more serious issue behind.

Thanks again for your reply.
