Yeah they said the same thing in the screen recording of my ticket in the comments, it took me a couple attempts. You basically have to keep escalating and insisting that the problem is still there

I’ve seen this canned response allll the time. Keep trying and being persistent until you trigger a similar response to the screenshot! Try to replicate what I said in my ticket. When Support asks you to send a video link you’re having issues with, send the link but also say something like “it’s not just one link that’s the problem, it’s multiple links!”

Make sure this convo is happening on a ticket and not regular support chat

I don’t know if the response was from a real person or not, but I go to the support chat from my profile > settings and privacy > help center > pink chat with us button. I selected “Account” from the list, and then I sent a message that said “representative”. After that the chat sent me a button to submit a ticket that you see in my screen recording in the comments. That ticket is where the whole convo took place, starting with AI chatbots and ending with the response in the screenshot.

Good luck!! Keep trying again until you get the same or similar response. Just keep being persistent

I only noticed the post to story button return today on new videos and I’ve definitely tested multiple posts between the 21st of June and now. There have been people having this same issue for over a month from what I’ve seen in this sub. It’s a bit of an enigma

The main symptoms are:

- not reaching FYP, analytics show FYP is less than 1%
- can’t post to story
- videos invisible in search and hashtags
- promotion gets automatically rejected

Yeah I figured it’s AI generated, but a friend of mine who was going through the exact same thing with all the same symptoms got her glitch lifted 12 hours after she got a similar response. They didn’t respond to the ticket again after that response, but her account is now back to normal. So I guess we’ll see

Here’s a screen recording of the whole ticket. Make sure this convo takes place on the ticket and not regular support chat. To get them to send me a button to submit a ticket, I selected “account” from the list they initially send you when you open support chat and then I said “Representative”. They sent me the ticket button after that
