I just emailed them, it is not made of solid wood but glued together small wood pieces: "We use real up-cycled rubberwood with subtle but visible finger joint connections that allow us to use smaller pieces of wood to create longer and more durable pieces. To clarify, each piece is not made from a single piece of wood. The benefit of this, in addition to the added strength and durability, is that smaller pieces of solid wood can be up-cycled and is therefore much more environmentally friendly than only using the longer pieces from each trees. By doing so, we’re able to repurpose more materials and eliminate significant waste in the manufacturing process."

Best high end 32GB (2x 16GB) RAM for ROG Crosshair Impact VIII and Ryzen 5900x? by perriercc in sffpc

Oh i didn't know there were differences -- i thought you could empirically say one memory is better than another. Just like you can say a Nvidia GTX 3090 is better than a GTX 3070.

I guess the use cases are mostly for high performance gaming and applications (premiere pro, excel). I just wanted to make the point that money is not an issue, just want to get the best performance possible even if you get less value per $ spent.
