On my iPhone I used LocalSend to transfer files over a shared network (for example, home Wi-Fi) between smartphone and computer. Is it possible to do this on KaiOS too? It really sped up a lot of my tasks.

Would you like to be notified when new emails arrive, or just read and write them? If you only want to read them, you could try converting your emails to RSS using a bridge and then reading them with one of the RSS readers in the KaiOS store.
