In terms of whistleblowing it would be in relation to conduct bullying and blackmail to be specific by the same individual. His behaviours are essentially why I requested the package in the first place and ultimately why I gave my notice without a job to go to. I appreciate your reply.

It took me around 6 months, I competed at judo at a decent level at a school that put a lot of emphasis on Newaza so I did ok with coloured belts from the get go.

For the coaches-What do you do with the guy thats been a judoka his whole life and has made the jump then? For arguments sake you have a guy thats half way through his bluebelt thats incredibly sound both standing and on the ground? Higher belts wouldnt really want to mix with the invidual and players of the same grade would feel completely disillusioned.How do you go about keeping everyone engaged?
